TAKING CARE OF YOUR OWN MENTAL HEALTH
We all know that one person that never stops complaining. They can be difficult to be around although we know they are likely unhappy and possibly hurting. Empathy and kindness are great qualities. But, how do you know when someone else’s negative mindset and attitude are impacting you and your own health? It’s important when you have ALS or are a caregiver to focus on your own health and to make choices that improve your own quality of life. Did you know that attitudes can be contagious?! So, focus on your own attitude and consider how negativity can impact your own health. You might just help another pALS have a better day and life.
