I’m not one for making New Year resolutions. Throughout the year I go in waves – eating healthier, exercising (although that has changed in the past two years) and working on hobbies.
I am looking forward to learning about new treatments and advancements in 2025 that will benefit our community. I have high hopes that more treatments like QALSody are on the horizon.

I also don’t make formal resolutions – – but I do set intentions. “Pay attention to my body’s signals, pay attention to the present moment, and do things that make me happy and give me purpose” – – are my intentions for 2025.

Hi There
First post from over here in the UK so thankyou for allowing me to join!
I don’t set resolutions but as with others I set my intentions -to take each day as it comes, realise what i can and cannot do (it takes some doing mind says one thing body says another) another one is to keep chasing UK MND(ALS)organisations to see why we are not engaging worldwide with other trials so there can be a massive push for all people suffering this insipid disease.

Enjoying life the best way I can. Having less anxiety and putting myself in God”s hands. Thanking God for my family and friends and the fact I have slow moving ALS and I have almost 3 years where the disease is moving slowly. Every day is precious and tomorrow is not guaranteed so enjoy every day my blessings.
