2020 ALS Walk-a-thon!
Alright pALS, fALS, caregivers and pALS loved ones, lets get our teams together and Walk (0r roll) to Defeat ALS! Check your local ALS Association or the national ALS Associations to find the walk that is closest to you. Most walks are between March and October, depending on the part of the country you are in and the weather. This is a way we can work together and promote the needs of the ALS community. We can raise awareness and funds for pALS if we unite and support the cause. You can walk, create a team in honor or memory of a pALS, donate to a team or person or volunteer at the event.
Are you going to participate and help make a difference? If you or a loved one is walking or hosting a team, please share on the forum. If anyone is in SWFL, I’ll be there too!

My daughter and son-in-law just ran the LA BIG 5k for ALS. Raised over $900 for that chapter. WooHoo
